Jerry is a brilliant scientist recognized worldwide as a dynamic speaker and successful writer. His passion is to explore the depths of natural truth. He is also a great humanist and his love for nature is profound. One of his heartfelt tasks is to protect our mother nature and especially the water through findings from new water sciences. Jerry wants everyone in the world to have access to safe drinking water. Prof. Pollack has an active laboratory at the University of Washington in Seattle. It is a pure pleasure to have Jerry join the Foundation as Honorary Director.

Akiko Stein

Akiko is the ambassador of water and peace. Her decision to follow the path of the heart instead of pursuing a profession was very profound. So since that decision she has dedicated her life to the element of water. From 2014 onwards she has been leading a UN-recognized peace project – the Emoto Peace Project – for DACH countries. She examines water in her laboratory for water crystal photography and makes hidden information and messages in the water visible to our eyes. Thus she makes an important contribution as a bridge between science and spirituality in water research. With the establishment of the OMNI AQUA Foundation, her heartfelt wish has come true, to spread the universal message of peace through the message of water thus preseving it eternally.

Erwin Thoma

Erwin is a meek activist for sustainability and living in harmony with nature. He is a successful book author and entrepreneur at the same time.

Out of a deep love for nature, Erwin first became a mountain guide and then a district forester. In the middle of the mighty giant trees of the Karwendel (mountain range on the German-Austrian border) he got to know the secrets of the forest. He now applies his knowledge to his timber construction company. With his development of the heart he sets a living, concrete example of how precious it is to follow the heart. He now also acts as a tree ambassador and teaches us how the wisdom of the trees can strengthen and nourish our lives. Another message is that the cooperative, compassionate principles of the forest can be used as a very good, functional model for us humans and our society, which adopts a completely different attitude than the previously dominant economic and monetary system of capitalism and a throwaway society. If each of us behaved like a tree and our society behaved like a forest accordingly, there would be peace and harmony here on earth.

Emoto Peace Project

Message of the water – Emoto Peace Project

The continuation of the United Nations (UN) recognized Emoto Peace project is an important part of the foundation’s purposes. We visit children and young people on site, from kindergartens to secondary schools, to convey the message of water in a playful and informative way. The foundation also endeavors to incorporate the latest findings and achievements from the most modern water research into the teaching of the message of water.

It is important to us that such new and important discoveries and insights are not only discussed and shared in the closest specialist circles, but are also communicated in an uncomplicated, understandable and playful way, directly ar school classes and even in kindergardens. We want to arouse amazement, enthusiasm and curiosity in the children and make their children’s eyes shine.

We see valuable and precious potential for the future in this.

Children informed in this way will later shape the future of the earth with dignity through respectful actions with responsible compassion for all living things.

After all, we were all children and children become people, who set the course for the future of humanity. We also know that childhood experiences in particular have a formative effect on adulthood and that is why we focus our main attention on children.

Interdisciplinary exchange in research and science

The Omni Aqua Foundation would like to support open and holistic exchange in research. Above all, such an exchange that promotes holistic thinking and understanding in science.
In particular, the cooperation between researchers and scientists who are holistically active in different disciplines is to be promoted in order to comprehensively research, recognize and appreciate the element of water.

A concrete goal for such a cooperation as an interdisciplinary exchange is, for example, the efforts to carry out a complete investigation of diverse phenomena of nature and the behavior of water, which we are still unable to explain with current scientific approaches.

A desirable goal could, for example, be research into the different crystallization processes of liquid water in order to better understand this wonder of nature. As a non-profit foundation committed to the element of water and life, we would like to encourage and promote openness to such an approach in science and research.

We are also of the opinion that science needs a new, truthful definition for itself in order to be able to research comprehensively.

Because the real reason for existence for science is precisely to understand our nature, our world and ourselves better.

We ourselves as part of nature, act and react in complete mutual connection and dependence with the fields that rule around us. We cannot regard anything as separate and independent from one another. Current science, however, presupposes mutual independence in order to be able to describe certain phenomena “scientifically”. Such an attitude and such limited models lead neither to solutions nor to answers to essential questions.
Based on such considerations, we have consciously decided on the topic of interdisciplinary exchange as the foundation’s purpose and consciously go and convince this path with many other colleagues from science and research.

As a concrete example, we would like to mention the funding of a special conference on the subject of water in the fields of physics, chemistry and biology, which was initiated by Prof. Gerald Pollack and Prof. Luc Montagnier, namely the Water Conference, which takes place once a year at different international conference venues.

International Sentiment

Some of you are probably wondering: What does a foundation for water have to do with international outlook? This is exactly what we want to achieve through the activities of our foundation that many people start to think carefully and consciously about this topic.

Despite many tireless efforts and attempts, the world does not know any real, lasting world peace, because we have not yet understood and considered water sufficiently and comprehensively. Everything that is alive contains water, also in us humans and in our mother earth. Water is the eternal elixir of life.

I would like to give some examples here to explain the relationships between water, humans and the world.

The journey of a drop of water is similar to that of any human being. Sometimes both experience internal and external injuries, their insights and experiences shape the further growth and also the quality of the perceived life. Good, enjoyable and positive experiences have a nourishing and strengthening effect. Destructive, destructive and negative experiences leave wounds and trauma in our memory as well as in the memory of the water. Water and life are therefore constantly changing and are never the same. We can never touch the same water in the same place in the river, just as we can never feel the same today as we did yesterday.

But where the original source arises, the water contains very clear and pure original energy and original information, through which all living beings are inextricably linked. And just as we humans speak different languages and always express ourselves a little differently with different words and arguments, everyone laughs, cries, loves and thanks with the same emotions and feelings. In every religion, every culture and in all the wisdom of the indigenous peoples, water is always and without exception something wholesome or something very important.

From this we can see how we are all inseparably and invisibly connected with each other and have always been – through the water!

The primal essence of humanity lies in the properties of water.

Water doesn’t argue with the different shapes, it can adapt smoothly – regardless of whether a bowl is round or square.

Water can awaken our commonalities and strengthen them in us.

On the other hand, there are an incredible number of anomalies, peculiarities and uniqueness in water. The water often behaves differently than the other elements.

What we should be aware of, however, is that it is these water anomalies that make our existence and life on earth possible.

When water suffers, all of life, the whole ecosystem of nature and all of humanity suffer.

These findings form the basis for the guiding principle or the symbolic message that, beyond all the differences between our cultures and traditions, there is a possibility to convey the unity of water with simultaneous multiplicity of anomalies as a concrete example of an approach to world peace and this to all people to make it understandable. In other words, to convey the knowledge of how it can be possible for all cultures and religions to overcome themselves and to be able to regard the other person as friends or a special part of oneself, as it were to the uniform water, as its anomalies (the other) conceals in itself without resistance and joyfully continues to exist.

Our message is therefore the art of integration. As our foundation logo shows, we promote the diversity and at the same time the uniqueness of each individual, because in the diversity we can at the same time recognize a kind of universal unity or commonality, just as water does us with its unique phenomenon of water crystals, their properties and universal beauty can point out.

It is therefore important to us to improve international understanding through this inner attitude. It is our concern to strengthen the friendly relations of all nations with one another and to encourage genuine global peace.

This is exactly where the special approach of the Omni Aqua Foundation lies, that we prefer to consciously convey this goal in small steps and internalize it well. We do not want to organize any demonstrations or initiate any counter-movements, because it is our deep conviction and recognition that true peace can only arise from within and from the positive.

We provide all interested parties with information, examples and messages as an open offer and as an invitation that touch the heart of the other person, so that people are empowered to nourish and strengthen others more and more. For this reason, we attach great importance to direct cooperation and shared experience. As examples of such experiences, the foundation cooperates with different groups, organizations, associations and other foundations in order to be able to offer interested people a place of encounter and impetus for a true attitude in ourselves and in relation to others.

Preserve and appreciate nature and the environment

We want to give the children real examples of active action by hand. We offer answers based on examples, concrete ideas and models of how we can act effectively and solution-oriented in our normal everyday life in order to continue to preserve our nature, environment and its beauty and diversity and to treat them with respect.

Children, as guardians of the future, can of course only be convinced by truly lived experiences and practical and concrete experiences to strive for an ideological value with completely free will.

That is why no child should fall into passivity and just wait until someone does something at some point to make our earth better off. This attitude doesn’t make anyone happy, it just promotes a feeling of powerlessness, which is to be avoided. We want to break this pattern thinking and the chains and offer everyone who is interested and open the opportunity to adopt a new attitude so that we ourselves can be powerful co-creators and co-creators of a wonderful future.

We offer the following projects:

EM PROJECT: The model shows the relationships between the regeneration of humus and the purification of water in nature

BEE PROJECT: Using examples from the cascade system as a model for the cycle of life, we show how we can strengthen our compassion and the completely inseparable bond within ourselves by understanding the connections between all living beings.

FOREST SCHOOL: Be like a tree in the forest … This project is currently being planned

The importance of the tiny microorganisms in our living cycle and eco-system should be made clear to every child so that they can absorb this in their hearts and grasp and understand through lived experiences. Children who have been trained in this way, no matter what their vocations are later on, will always think and act in such a way that they appreciate all living things in their entirety. We are convinced of this and that is exactly our goal as a foundation, which we want to promote and strengthen.

We want to give only impulses in all openness and without dogma; For example, why water is such a special resource both quantitatively and qualitatively, which must be valued and protected with love and gratitude, respectfully and responsibly with mutual devotion. This applies to water on all levels, such as. for water in our body, water in the atmosphere, water in plants, trees and for water in all other living beings.

Book Project

Based on the book Message of Water, which was recognized by the United Nations (UN) as material for the children’s peace project, the foundation would like to continue other useful publications in a similar format and make them available free of charge for children and school classes.

The important discovery of a new aggregate form of water, which is beyond the liquid, gaseous and solid phase, the so-called 4th phase of water, is of particular importance. This 4th phase of the water was researched and presented for the first time by Prof. Gerald Pollack.

This information should be passed on to the children of the world. For this, the foundation will compose a free children’s edition 4th phase of water with an official foreword from the author Prof. Gerald Pollack from Seattle, who is also an honorary board member of the Omni Aqua Foundation.

The real giants on this earth are the tiniest beings, the microorganisms. Dr. Higa from Okinawa, Japan has made a huge contribution to the healing and regeneration of our home earth through the discovery of a special combination of different microorganisms. Where there is water, there are also microorganisms. Water and microorganisms are mostly invisible, but they take up an enormous part of the ecosystem. As a responsible guest on this wonderful water planet, every child should get these connections with their infinite potential for solutions. We would like to encourage every child to act in the trust that there is a great deal that we ourselves can contribute directly and specifically, simply and easily to a better world.

For this purpose, the foundation will write a free children’s edition “Water, Love & Microorganisms” with an official foreword by Dr. Teruo Higa from Okinawa, Japan.

Mission Statement

Why an Omni Aqua Foundation

Extract from the preamble to the OMNI AQUA Foundation statutes

The basic idea for the establishment of a non-profit OMNI AQUA foundation came from my personal inspiration, perception and deep encounter with the element of water.

The deeper and the more comprehensive I let the water into my life, the more precisely and intuitively I found that everything revolves around ourselves and our own being and its relationship with all things.

My heart’s desire to contribute to the collective, unfolding of consciousness and to peaceful and harmonious coexistence as a guest on earth beyond all differences, grew stronger every year. For several years I have been committed to the element of water and the message of water as a personal initiative towards the collective. However, I wish that a preserving, donating authority could be created beyond personal initiative. The form of a foundation is best suited for this. As the word “foundation” suggests, it donates, it gives, same as life does. The continuation of the transmission of the message of the water became more and more important to me.

I believe that the all-encompassing primal essence, as the source for all human behavior and thought patterns, has been stored as primal memory in water since the beginning of time and has been transcended more and more. I believe that water can absorb and pass on information. I also believe that our thinking, our attitudes and our awareness of water are crucial and essential for the future of humanity and the earth.

Despite many tireless efforts and attempts, the world still does not know a real, lasting world peace because we have not yet fully understood and considered the water. Everything that is alive contains water, including us humans and our mother earth.

Water is the elixir of life that bubbles forever.

If the water suffers, all life, the whole ecosystem of nature and also all of humanity will suffer.

Name and Logo

On the name OMNI AQUA and the logo of the OMNI AQUA Foundation

If a drop of water from an ocean or river is only considered a tiny drop from anywhere, we will learn little from that drop or will find little in it. But if we consider a drop of water to be part of the whole ocean, part of all rivers or part of the whole world that is ever reflected in this one drop, the world of the drop begins to sing and dance, inseparably connected with us and with all living beings and so in this seeing the gate opens as a bridge between all different worlds and views. From this thinking and inspiration, the name for the “OMNI AQUA” foundation (covering all dimensions of water) and the logo as a symbolic image emerged.

Some thoughts on LOGO as a symbol for the fusion of unity and diversity:

May each drop be given a special place on earth as a uniqueness.

May our diversity lead to unity.

Appreciate and honor every difference in us as uniqueness and as a variety of impulses of creation.

Recognize the tireless harmony in each and every drop.

§ 1 Name, legal form, registered office, business year

The foundation bears the name OMNI AQUA Foundation
It is a legal foundation under civil law with its registered office in Oberwesel.
The foundation’s fiscal year is the calendar year

§ 2 Purpose of the foundation

The foundation pursues exclusively and directly non-profit purposes in the sense of the section “Tax-privileged purposes” of the tax code.
The purpose of the foundation is to promote science and research, public and vocational training, nature conservation and landscape conservation within the meaning of the Federal Nature Conservation Act and the nature conservation laws of the federal states, environmental protection as well as international sentiment, tolerance in all areas of culture and international understanding.
The purpose of the foundation is realized in particular through financial support and implementation of charitable projects

1. that educate about the valuable resource water. The main focus is to provide information materials and to support and organize events. Above all, Masaru Emoto’s book “The Message of the Water Edition for Children” is to be made available free of charge for children so that the “Emoto Peace Project” can continue as a contribution to the international decade “Water for Life” of the United Nations . Further publications are to be made in a similar form for the purposes of the foundation.
2. with offers for children and adolescents, which should contribute to their holistic, lively development and development. In this context, the perception of nature and in particular the element water should be promoted. The foundation can also offer workshops and seminars.
3. in the field of scientific research on water. In particular, scientific projects dealing with the structure of water crystals or water crystallization are to be promoted and their results disseminated.
4. to improve international understanding. The aim of these projects is to develop and strengthen friendly international relationships to create and secure peace.

OMNI AQUA Foundation was founded in Germany in 2020 as a legally competent, public foundation under civil law.

As a result of the certification by the foundation supervisory authority in Trier, the foundation was declared legal on April 16, 2020 under file number 15.678-1612/23 and became legally binding upon delivery of the certificate on April 24, 2020.

The Omni Aqua Foundation is managed by the Trier tax office under tax number 22/654/49328.

Knowledge of Water – Broaden your Horizons

We want to fully enlighten and inspire broad sections of the population on the valuable element of water to take different perspectives accordingly.

Especially with offers for children and young people, we want to sow seeds for a holistic, vivid development and unfolding of the future of our world, by providing comprehensive information about the valuable element of water and thus inspire our future generations to new perspectives of life.

Water has an incredible number of anomalies that we still cannot fully understand and explain: water is not always just H2O! Without such peculiarities and uniqueness of water, i.e. without its anomalies, there would be no life on earth.

The smallest living organisms, so-called micro-organisms, contribute to the lion’s share of our eco-system. It is essential and necessary to understand the context of this cycle of life if we want to understand and appreciate our mother earth and ourselves.

If we cannot understand and appreciate the true size and importance of these tiny microorganisms and do not learn to cooperate with them, it is also not possible for us to recognize ourselves, who we truly are and how we are connected to everything.

This is the key to a new attitude towards ourselves and towards the world.

This understanding cannot simply be seen as nature or environmental protection, but it is the basis for mutual respect and can be seen as an approach to lasting peace.

This understanding would therefore deliver a functional model for a value-free, global peace.

We therefore would like to give this kind of important, peace-making knowledge from modern science and from long traditions, together with the “anchor element water” as uncomplicated as possible to all children of this world.

When deep understanding is anchored in the heart together with great enthusiasm and compassion, our subtle perception also finds a clear and concrete vision of what we as humans strive for and what we want to give ourselves for.

Since children shape and create the future of our human existence here on the blue water planet Earth, our heartfelt concern is to ensure that children have free access to more knowledge about water and the natural phenomena associated with it.
